Technical support is provided by email only. Unlike many companies, Media Lab provides very good and timely technical support. Technical support inquiries are guaranteed to be answered by the next business day (24h), but, are they are usually answered within two hours even on weekends or evenings. Please, do not attempt to call the sales line with technical questions or leave voice mail messages - the sales line is directed to a completely different locale.

Who are we?
The original Media Lab, Inc. was founded in 1986 primarily as a Macintosh training company, it later became a multi-media production company, and, in 2000, a branch of it along with the Media Lab name was sold to As Is Software.
As Is Software was founded in 1996 with the simple goal of trying to make multimedia and web development easier. And we're still at it.
