Policies

Please complete the form to receive unlock codes for your Photoshop upgrade. You will receive your new codes via e-mail within 24 hours if your order is placed Monday thru Friday between 8:00 AM (MST) and 4:00 PM (MST). Weekend/Holiday orders will receive unlock codes on the next business day.

If you do not receive your unlock code please contact us at sales@medialab.com.

Notes

Media Lab does not give out new unlock codes for the same version of Photoshop for which you are already registered. If you wish to use the plug-ins on additional seats, then please purchase additional copies. If you have lost your unlock code, send an email with as much order information as you can remember to sales@medialab.com


At this time PSD2FLA is running fine with Photoshop CS3 for Windows and PowerPC Mac OS X but not with Photoshop CS3 for IntelMac.

The unlock codes for all Media Lab Photoshop plug-ins are tied to the serial number of the host Photoshop application. When you upgrade Photoshop, you'll need to get new unlock codes. This is the form for that.
If you are looking for new unlocks for your Director Xtras, or DreamWeaver Extensions, then go here.

Finally, please provide the new Photoshop serial number you will be using with your plug in (your unlock code will only work with this copy of Photoshop). This is Media Lab's copy protection policy, so we will not generate another code if you enter the wrong serial number.

NOTE: Be careful to enter your serial number correctly. If you enter an incorrect number, we will not issue another unlock code.

CS3 Users: Do not submit the serial number of a demo version of Photoshop. PSD2FLA cannot unlock with that.
