I am new to web design and would like to ask if it's possible to use SiteGrinder to develop a site from a Flash template?

No, I'm afraid not. SiteGrinder converts Photoshop designs into websites.

If they provide the PSD files then yes. SiteGrinder convertw PSD files int web pages (HTML & CSS).
