Our paid priority email support is there for those who don't want to wait and are willing to pay for the privilege. We have three tiers of priority support, one for every need and budget. All of our support emails are answered on a first-in-first-out basis unless you have paid for priority support. Just like the airlines and other service providers those who have demanding business, or have pressing time constraints, or need a quicker response than our free email support, and are willing to pay, can now move up in the support queue. Silver Priority Support
Our Silver Priority Support Program gives you priority over any of our free email support options. All Silver users will have their support requests answered on a first-in-first-out basis only after all Gold and Platinum requests have been answered. Remember, our priority support program moves you up in the queue it does not guarantee that you problem will be resolved with in a specified time period – the only guarantee is that we will get to your issue before any free support is provided.

Platinum Priority Support
Our Platinum Priority Support Program gives you the highest priority over any of our free or paid support email programs. All Platinum users will have their support requests answered on a first-in-first-out basis. Remember, this priority support program moves you up in the queue it does not guarantee that your problem will be resolved with in a specified time period – we can guarantee that Platinum level users issues will receive top priority.

Standard Email SupportMedia Lab offers free email support Monday thru Friday from 8am to 5pm MST. All of our support emails are answered on a first in first out basis unless you have paid for priority support. Our email support personnel are among the best in the industry and will do their best to answer your questions in a timely manner. To move higher up in the support queue subscribe to one of our priority support programs.
