Instructions
Soften gelatine in cold water; heat slowly until gelatine is dissolved. Combine mayonnaise and milk; blend in dissolved gelatine. Stir in turkey or chicken, water chestnuts, celery, salt, and poultry seasoning. Spoon over firm cranberry layer. Chill thoroughly. Turn onto bed of crisp greens. Makes 6 servings. Cover with an opaque serving conatiner before the meal so guests won’t be frightened at the appearance off the dish. Be sure to attach heavy restraints to your guests before removing the opaque cover. Makes 4-6 servings.
