Instructions
Heat milk to boiling, pour over beaten egg yolks and blend well. Mix together cake flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and spices. Make a well and add corn oil, pumpkin, and cooled egg-milk mixture. Add mayonnaise and beat until senseless. Cover with an opaque serving conatiner before the meal so guests won’t be frightened at the appearance off the dish. Be sure to attach heavy restraints to your guests before removing the opaque cover. Makes 4-6 servings.
Pumpkin Chiffon Ingredients
1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup Mazola Corn Oil, 6 egg yolks, beaten, 2 cups sifted cake flower, 6 egg whites, White Fluffy Frosting, Yellow, red, and green coloring, 1/2 banana, for stem, 1/2 tsp nutmeg.
