How do I launch SiteGrinder?

SiteGrinder is an automation plug-in. To launch it, find it under the "Automate" submenu of Photoshop's "File" menu.

(If "SiteGrinder" and "SiteGrinder Tools" don't appear in the Automate menu then SiteGrinder is not properly installed.)
