How do I make popups work with Windows XP Service Pack 2?

Windows XP has a security feature which by default turns off javascript in web pages that reside on your computer. Pages accessed over the internet work fine.

If this setting is not changed then you will not be able to see popups on pages that SiteGrinder builds on your machine without clicking the message that appears in Internet Explorer each time you load a page with popups.

To turn off this setting, launch Internet Explorer, and select "Internet Options..." from the "Tools" menu. Click on the "Advanced" tab and scroll down to the security options. Put a check in the checkbox next to "Allow active content to run in files on my computer."
