The interior-tile hint is used as the full name of an image layer that has Photoshop's "Pattern Overlay" layer style applied.
The overlay pattern assigned to the layer will become a background element of the web pages produced from the Photoshop document by SiteGrinder. The interior-tile will generally cover an area equal to the canvas size of the Photoshop document.
This is in contrast to an exterior-tile layer, which can fill areas outside the canvas dimensions when a page is viewed in a browser window that is open larger than the canvas size.
The interior-tile is the "highest" background element. The page background elements beneath the interior-tile are the interior background color, an exterior-tile (if any), and the exterior background color (if any).
NOTE: This layer only serves to indicate the pattern that should be used as an interior tile. It is very helpful to make it as large as the document in order to audition it visually, but it is not necessary. The interior-tile layer can be any size and positioned anywhere in the document. What matters is the pattern assigned to it.
