The -scroll hint
Display any quantity of text in a
defined area by adding a scroll bar
Applies to: Type layers
Can be used in same name with: -popup, -hide, -popdown
Requires: Basic 1.0 and later

Introduction

The -scroll hint tells SiteGrinder to add a vertical scrollbar to a type layer if the type layer's area is too small to contain the amount of text in it.

The Type layer must be of the "paragraph" variety and not the "point" variety.

SiteGrinder 1 required the type layer to be anti-aliased or have the -text hint applied, but the latest versions assume that you are creating live web text if you add the -scroll hint and no longer require this.

Custom scroll colors are not yet supported as Internet Explorer is currently the only browser with this feature.
