Will SiteGrinder automatically underline and color links inside text?

It can .

In SiteGrinder's Text Buttons pane you can set the foreground color and underline state of the link, as well as several more options for its rollover state.

Or, optionally, you the designer can specify the style of the normal state of the linked text by simply doing that yourself in Photoshop.
