Technical support is provided by email only. Unlike many companies, Media Lab provides very good and timely technical support. Technical support inquiries are guaranteed to be answered by the next business day (24h), but, they are usually answered within two hours even on weekends or evenings. Please, do not attempt to call the sales line with technical questions or leave voice mail messages - the sales line is directed to a completely different locale.
