When to Suspect Multiple Antibodies

Multiple antibodies should be suspected if:

  • All panel cell reactions are positive with varying strengths and or phases or;
  • Some panel cells are positive at different strengths and or phases and some cells are negative

Finding a matching pattern on the panel will be difficult.
