Additional Cytomegalovirus (CMV) Images

A CMV infected lung is demonstrated in image A with a CMV cocktail of clones 8B1.2, 1G5.2, and 2D4.2. A horseradish peroxidase (HRP) labeled detection system with 3, 3’ diaminobenzidine tetrahydrochloride (DAB) chromogen is used.

In image B, CMV infected placenta is demonstrated with a CMV cocktail of clones DDG9-CCH2. 3-amino-9-ethylcarbazole (AEC) chromogen is used.
