Hypersegmented Neutrophil versus Normal Segmented Neutrophil

Another example of a hypersegmented neutrophil is noted in the top image to the right. This particular cell has six (possibly seven) lobes. Hypersegmented neutrophils are sometimes larger than normal neutrophils.
The bottom right image is one of a normal segmented neutrophil that has five lobes.
