- Total white blood cell count <3.0 X 109/L or >12.0 X 109/L
- Neutrophils >80%
- Lymphocytes >45% or <10%
- Monocytes >15%
- Eosinophils >10%
- Basophils >5%
- A morphology review may also be indicated if the platelet count is <100 X 109/L or >650 X 109/L.
