CLMA - Management Review and Its Role in a Quality Management System

This session will define management review and describe the management review process and the necessary inputs to and outputs from the review. It will also provide examples of key performance metrics, topics that could be discussed during management review and why, as well as preparation of a quality report. Several QMS models will also be briefly touched upon. Presented by Tania Motschman, Quality Directory Laboratory Corporation of America.
