Learn how to get the most from your MediaLab subscription. MediaLab's Deep Dive courses guide end-users, inspectors, and administrators through setup and implementation tasks, frequently asked questions, best practices, and commonly used customizations.
Separate Deep Dive courses for administrators, end-users, and inspectors. Administrator courses include hands-on instructions that you can follow using your Sandbox account. (Contact your primary site administrator if you don't have access to a Sandbox account.)
Deep Dive training courses are included at no additional charge with your MediaLab subscriptions.
Access the new Deep Dive courses from the Apps menu > My Deep Dive
Choose from available courses by clicking on "See what courses are available for you to take." Available courses are based on your current subscriptions and permissions.
You can review Deep Dive courses at any time and repeat them as often as you like. Deep Dive courses award a certificate upon completion, but they do not carry CE credit.
